"make it your own" guide
We designed our noodles to let you experience the real taste of China — right from your kitchen. While export rules mean we can’t include meat (for now 😉), we strongly recommend adding your favorite protein to unlock the full, authentic flavor.
It’s the way we enjoy it back home, and we can’t wait for you to taste it too.

Originating in Beijing over 300 years ago, Zha Jiang Mian (“noodles with fried sauce”) has long been a beloved staple of northern Chinese home cooking. Generations of Beijingers perfected this dish by combining hand-pulled wheat noodles with stir-fried ground pork and rich, fermented soybean paste.
The result is a deeply savory, umami-forward flavor that balances chewy noodles with aromatic meat sauce — a hearty, protein-rich meal that captures the warmth and wisdom of everyday Beijing kitchens.
